How We Learn

Learning should lead somewhere.

Through NIBS, Naleli Innovators Business School, we connect learning to real tasks, real tools and real workplaces. NIBS is the school. Katlehong Computer School is our Katlehong campus.

Learn. Do. Operate. Show.

The goal is not a completed course. It is a change in what the learner can actually do.

Real Tasks Real Tools Real Evidence

Four words. One discipline.

Learn.

Understand the work, the concepts and the tools.

Do.

Practise through guided tasks and realistic scenarios.

Operate.

Apply the skill the way real organisations work.

Show.

Build evidence of what you can do.

The modern workplace runs on systems.

Nobody uses one programme to do one job any more. So NIBS goes beyond computer literacy and develops Digital Operations professionals: people who use digital tools to get real work done.

The journey can still start with “I want to learn computers”.

90.Day applied learning

The 90-day applied learning model

Enough time to learn.
Enough time to practise.

For suitable career programmes and organisational learning. The question at the end: what can this person now do that they could not do before?

  1. Days 1–30

    Learn

Understand the work, concepts and tools.

  2. Days 31–60

    Do

    Complete guided practical tasks.

  3. Days 61–90

    Operate

Apply the learning in realistic or workplace activities and build evidence.

Formal occupational and accredited programmes follow their own prescribed curriculum, duration, assessment and quality-assurance requirements.

Ways to learn

Different goals. Different learning journeys.

  • 01

    Career programmes

Practical programmes built around an area of work, such as Digital Operations Foundation, People & Payroll Operations, Customer & CRM Operations and Digital Marketing Operations.

  • 02

    Occupational and accredited learning

Formal qualifications, part-qualifications and skills programmes within the applicable accreditation and approved scope. Details are published once formally confirmed.

  • 03

    Professional and short courses

One specific capability without a full qualification: business, digital operations, technology and AI, governance and compliance, workplace skills.

  • 04

    Learning for organisations

Workplace learning, team development, Train-the-Trainer, facilitator development, custom cohorts and programme-based learning.

    Build a programme with us

Develop capability, not attendance numbers.

For employers, NGOs, corporates, government and programme owners, NIBS can run the whole learning journey, and connect it to Naleli Innovations programme delivery.
