How we work · UPISM

From problem to progress.

UPISM is not a service. It is how Naleli Innovations works, from the real situation through to what actually changed.

  1. 01

    Understand

Start with the real situation, not assumptions.

What is the problem, what already works, what is missing? This is the baseline.

  2. 02

    Plan

Agree what matters and what happens first.

Priorities, targets, responsibilities. This is the action plan.

  3. 03

    Implement

    Do the actual work.

Systems, processes, training, documents. Specialists where needed.

  4. 04

    Support

Stay close enough to keep it moving.

Check progress, answer questions, adjust the plan.

  5. 05

    Measure

    Look at what changed.

A plan is successful when something improves, not when the document is complete.

Advice is easy. We stay involved while the work is being done.

For longer engagements, the cycle continues into Improve.

What we learn from measuring becomes the starting point for the next round of work.

90.Day cycles

The 90-day approach

Think long term.
Work in practical cycles.

Change does not happen in one workshop. For many business-support and development programmes we work in focused 90-day cycles, then decide what the next 90 days need.

Not every engagement is 90 days, and formal programmes follow their own requirements.

Tell us where you're stuck.

You do not need to know which step you are on. We will work that out together.

No presentation required. Just bring the problem.
