Who we are

We help people and organisations move forward.

A South African company helping businesses, organisations and communities work better, use technology, develop people and grow.

Good ideas often fail because the support stops too early.

Naleli Innovations exists to close that gap: from information to understanding, to action, to improvement.

  1. 01A business gets registered, but nobody helps the owner work out what happens next.
  2. 02An organisation buys software, but the underlying process is still broken.
  3. 03People attend training, but struggle to apply what they learned.
  4. 04A programme delivers activities, but nobody properly tracks whether anything improved.
  5. 05A policy is written, but the organisation does not know how to put it into practice.

Vision, purpose and mission

Support should not only be available to large organisations with large budgets.

It should also reach the people and organisations building opportunity in communities every day.

Our vision

Start properly. Work better. Grow.

A future where every small business, NGO and community organisation can get the support they need to start properly, work better and grow.

Our purpose

Make it simpler.

To help people build and run better businesses and organisations by making the things they need to understand and do simpler.

Our mission

Help people understand. Help them do. Help them improve.

We help businesses and organisations understand what they need, learn how to do it and put it into practice. Not just a report or a recommendation: the next step too.

The company is young. The experience behind it is not.

Established in 2023, built on years of community development, public health information, entrepreneurship support, digital skills, programme delivery and governance. Support should not stop at telling people what to do.

Read our story

Simplicity Before Software.

Software should not be the first answer to every problem.

Process first. System second.

Before another platform, five questions:

  1. What are people trying to do?
  2. Where is the process failing?
  3. What information is actually needed?
  4. Can the current tools do the job?
  5. What will people realistically use?

The goal is something that works, not the most complicated solution.

One way of working: UPISM.

Understand → Plan → Implement → Support → Measure. We stay involved while the work is being done, and judge success by what improved.

See how we work

One ecosystem. Different ways to help.

Naleli Innovations is the corporate company. NIBS is the school. Katlehong Computer School is the campus. The Knowledge Store will follow as a separate destination.

Explore the ecosystem

Six things we hold ourselves to.

  • Clarity

People should understand what we are saying and what happens next.

  • Practicality

A solution has to work in the real environment, not only look good in a document.

  • Respect

We work with people, not problems on a spreadsheet.

  • Responsibility

We take governance, information, risk and the impact of our work seriously.

  • Progress

We focus on improvement, not perfection.

  • Shared value

Value for the client, the people doing the work, the partners and the communities affected.

We sit next to you, not above you.

You should not need consulting terminology, or to know whether your problem needs a process, a system, training or a specialist. Tell us what is happening. We will help you work out the next step.

Founder visible. Company scalable.

Thabiso Naleli stays visible in the work because it is shaped by his experience. But Naleli Innovations is built to grow beyond one person, bringing in consultants, facilitators, specialists and partners as each assignment needs.

Not every problem needs a large consulting project

Tell us where you're stuck.

Sometimes you need advice. Sometimes a process, a system or training. Sometimes someone to stay involved until the work is actually moving.

No presentation required. Just bring the problem.
