Built by Naleli

We build the tools we wish our clients had.

Our work keeps running into the same gaps: learning that is not connected to real tasks, practice that is never assessed, and candidates who cannot prove what they can do. These are the platforms we are building to close them.

All four are in design. That means a working preview exists and the direction is set, but none of them is open to the public yet. Everything shown in our previews uses sample data. We will say so plainly here until that changes.

The platforms

Four parts of one idea.

Learn something. Do the work. Prove it. Find the opportunity.

    Bohlale Learn (NIBS Campus)

The learning platform behind NIBS. Courses, a learner community and a Skills Passport that keeps a record of what someone has completed, which credentials they hold and which skills have actually been verified.

A skill only counts as verified when a credential or a workplace assessment supports it — the record is deliberately harder to earn than a certificate of attendance.

  • 02

    Workplace Lab

Where learning becomes work. Each programme opens a board of practical workplace tasks, the learner moves the work through its stages, and a facilitator reviews what was produced.

It exists because attending a course and being able to do the job are not the same thing.

    xtrix

An employability platform connecting candidates, employers and opportunities. A candidate builds a profile, evidence is reviewed rather than assumed, and xHub shows the opportunities that genuinely fit, with the state of each application visible to the candidate.

Every verification state requires an approved source or a human review.

    UPISM

Understand, Plan, Implement, Support, Measure — the method we already use with every client, being built into a tool that carries a cycle end to end: the baseline, the plan, the actions, the support log and the measurement against where the client started.

The workbook version of UPISM is in use today inside the 90-Day Business Support Programme.

Working previews

These screens exist.

Screens from the platforms as they stand today. They are design previews running on sample data: the names, boards and opportunities you see are not real learners, employers or placements.

Bohlale Learn (NIBS Campus) learner home showing the current course, progress, and the Learn, Do and Prove panels
Bohlale Learn (NIBS Campus) The learner home: continue the next lesson, see what is open to you across Learn, Do and Prove, and what is new in the community. Design preview · sample data
Skills Passport showing courses completed, verified skills, credentials and workplace assessments
Bohlale Learn (NIBS Campus) — Skills Passport A skill counts as verified only when a credential or an assessment supports it. The passport shows what is verified, under review and still developing. Design preview · sample data
Workplace Lab boards, one per programme, each showing how many workplace tasks are complete
Workplace Lab Each programme opens a board of practical workplace tasks. Learners move the work through its stages; facilitators review what was produced. Design preview · sample data
xtrix employability platform showing the flow from candidate profile to interview
xtrix Candidate profile, identity, evidence, readiness, opportunity match. Each verification state requires an approved source or a human review. Design preview · sample data
xHub opportunities list with match strength, closing date, status and next action
xtrix — xHub Opportunities matched to a profile, with the match basis and the next action visible. The organisations and roles in this preview are labelled fictional. Design preview · sample data

Why we build

The same gap, every time.

We did not set out to build software. We set out to make support work, and kept finding that the tools in between were missing: a learner finishes a course and has nothing to show an employer; an employer cannot tell who is actually ready; a business receives a plan and no help putting it into practice.

So we are building the smallest honest version of each: a record that only counts verified work, a place to do the work, a route to the opportunity, and a cycle that measures what changed.

Where things stand

What “in design” means.

  1. 01A working preview exists and can be demonstrated.
  2. 02The data in those previews is sample data, created for design work.
  3. 03No learner, candidate, employer or client information is held in them.
  4. 04Nothing is open for public sign-up, and no launch date is being promised.
  5. 05When a platform opens, this page will say so and the preview language will come down.

Tell us what you are trying to solve.

If you run a programme, a training provider or a business that keeps hitting one of these gaps, we would rather hear about it while the platforms are still being designed.

No presentation required. Just bring the problem.
