90-Day Business Support Programme
Turn the next 90 days into practical progress. A structured cycle for a business or organisation that needs to move, with a plan, support while the work is done, and a review of what changed.
Think long term. Work in practical cycles.
Starting is only the first step.
Registration does not create a functioning business. Training does not create a working operation. The programme is for owners and organisations that have started and now need the next 90 days to count.
- 01A registered business that does not yet know how to operate day to day.
- 02An entrepreneur who finished training but still struggles with customers, records or pricing.
- 03A small organisation with a plan on paper and no support while it is put into practice.
- 04A programme participant who needs structure, tools and someone to stay involved.
How the programme works
One cycle. Seven practical steps.
Understand where you are, identify priorities, create a practical plan, implement, receive support, measure what changed, and decide what the next cycle needs. It is a structure for progress, not a promise that everything is solved in 90 days.
- Days 1–30
Understand and plan
- Baseline: where the business is now
- A small number of priorities
- A practical 90-day plan
- Days 31–60
Implement and support
- Put the agreed actions into practice
- Regular group support sessions
- Practical help as questions come up
- Days 61–90
Measure and decide
- What changed, and what evidence shows it
- A 90-day review
- What the next cycle needs
- 01
Understand
Where is the business now, and what is the immediate priority?
- 02
Plan
A small number of practical objectives for the cycle.
- 03
Implement
Put the agreed actions into practice, week by week.
- 04
Support
Group sessions, tools and limited one-to-one help as questions arise.
- 05
Measure
What changed, and what should the next cycle address?
What you get
Support that helps you do the work, not just receive advice.
- 01
A baseline and a 90-day plan
We start with the real situation, then agree the few priorities that matter for this cycle.
- 02
The NI UPISM Business Workbook
One practical workbook that follows the cycle: understand, plan, implement, support, measure, plus sales, money in and out, compliance and your report to NI. It is part of the programme, not a public download.
- 03
Regular group support
Scheduled sessions with other participants, working through the same stages.
- 04
Progress monitoring
Agreed goals, support notes, progress updates and evidence, so the review is about what actually changed.
- 05
Limited one-to-one support and referrals
Practical help on your own situation, and a referral where a specialist is needed. Extra one-to-one time is available through Support Credits: 1 Support Credit = 30 minutes of NI support.
- 06
A 90-day review
What worked, what did not, and what the next 90 days need.
What happens after you apply.
Applying is not enrolling. It starts a short conversation so both sides know the programme fits.
ApplyReviewConversationAcceptedPaymentEnrolmentOnboarding
We review every application, talk to you about where you are and what you want to change, and confirm whether the programme is the right next step. If it is, you receive the programme agreement and payment details; enrolment and onboarding, including your workbook, follow once payment is confirmed.
Application
Apply for the next 90-Day Support Cycle.
Tell us about your business or organisation, where you are now and what you want the next 90 days to change. “I am not sure yet” is a valid answer to most questions.
- Takes about ten minutes.
- We reply to every application.
- Nothing is paid until you are accepted and choose to enrol.
